Senior-only deliveryNo pyramid, no juniors billed as seniors. Everyone here can own a problem end to end and talk to a client without a minder.
You own what you shipThe person who builds it deploys it, monitors it and fixes it. Ownership is not handed to a separate support tier.
Written thinkingDecisions get written down before they get built. Short documents, real trade-offs, disagreement welcome while it is still cheap.
Sustainable paceEstimates with slack in them, and no heroics culture. A deadline met by burning a weekend is a planning failure, not a win.
