Website privacy notice

Scope of this draft

This notice is limited to the public AsterickLabs marketing website. It does not describe a client application, a healthcare provider’s records, or an AsterickLabs-built system operated in a client environment.

The website is not intended to collect patient information or protected health information. Visitors are instructed not to submit PHI, patient information, credentials, secrets, or other sensitive data through the inquiry form.

Information visitors choose to provide

The inquiry form asks for a name, work email, service of interest, and short project description. The form sends that information to AsterickLabs so the team can assess and respond to the inquiry. A visitor can instead contact hello@astericklabs.com directly.

The form is configured to send through Resend. Resend therefore processes the submitted message for email delivery. AsterickLabs does not send form names, email addresses, or project descriptions to Google Analytics.

Scheduling

Booking links open Cal.com in a separate service. Information entered on Cal.com is handled through that service and its applicable privacy terms. Clicking a booking link is measured separately from completing a booking; this website does not currently claim that a booking was confirmed.

Website measurement

Google Analytics 4 is installed on indexable public pages to measure visits and non-sensitive interactions such as booking-link clicks, primary calls to action, and inquiries accepted by the website backend. Measurement may include the page path, service selected, landing page, and CTA location.

The implementation is designed not to send names, email addresses, free-text project descriptions, PHI, or credentials to Google Analytics. The owner should review the production Google Analytics property, consent configuration, data retention settings, and key-event settings before approving this draft.

Service providers and retention

The observed website uses Cloudflare for delivery and security, Google Analytics 4 for website measurement, Resend for inquiry-email delivery, and Cal.com for scheduling. Each provider may process technical or submitted information to provide its service.

No retention period is asserted in this draft. The owner must confirm the intended inquiry retention practice and the relevant provider settings before this notice is approved for publication.
